Charred Pear, Celery & Walnut Salad with Tarragon Pesto

  • 1 cup fresh celery leaves, firmly packed
  • ½ cup (50g) walnuts, roasted, chopped coarsely

  • 1 cup fresh tarragon leaves, firmly packed
  • 2 slice (90g) white bread, crusts removed
  • ¼ cup (60ml) milk
  • ¼ cup (60ml) water
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
