  • 1 tablespoon dried or fresh oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried or fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic; diced
  • 1 teaspoon dried or fresh thyme
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • a mason jar; or a small container similar
