  • 1 head White Cabbage about 4 cups
  • 1 head Red Cabbage about 4 cups
  • 4 Carrots Julienned (about 1.5 cups)
  • 2 Jalapenos Chopped (about ¼ cup)
  • 1 bunch Parsley Chopped (about ⅓ cup)
  • 4 oz Bacon Cooked, Chopped (about eight slices)
  • 8 oz Blue Cheese Crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Scallions Thinly Sliced

  • ¾ cup Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Celery Seed
  • 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
