  1. I love Brussel sprouts! Recently tried Chef AJ's roasted Brussel sprouts, and I'm totally hooked. Prepare 1 pound of Brussels sprouts by washing, removing the stem and cutting in half. Mix 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar with 2 Tbsp dijon mustard. Mix with Brussel sprouts, covering thoroughly. Roast on parchment paper in a 450 oven for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. So good.
