Vegan Gluten Free Sourdough Waffles
Ingredients
  • 276 g gluten free sourdough starter (unfed or discard starter after the first two days is fine)
  • 136 g gluten free all purpose flour
  • 120 g buckwheat flour
  • 514 g nondairy milk
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 54 g avocado oil or any neutral oil
  • 2 tbsp flax meal or chia seeds
