Fried Cod for Fish and Chips with Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
  • 2 cod fish fillets
  • 3 ⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Crisco, about halfway up your pan (for frying, I used cast iron)
