Salmon & Avocado Noodles
Ingredients
  • 160 g frozen Essential Edamame Beans
  • 260 g pack 2 Scottish Salmon Fillets
  • 275 g pack egg noodles, from the chiller
  • 1 Perfectly Ripe Avocado, sliced
  • 2 Essential Salad Onions, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp Cooks’ Ingredients Shichimi Togarashi (optional)
  • Soy-ginger dressing
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cooks' Ingredients Mirin Rice Wine
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (or 1 tsp honey or caster sugar)
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • ½ tsp ginger, grated
