Sheet Pan Garlic Herb Butter Chicken and Potatoes
Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup low-sodium chicken broth or stock
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic (or 4 cloves)
  • 4 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 4 x 5 ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, peeled and quartered into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 pound green beans (or asparagus)
