  • 1 large red pepper, sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2-15 oz cans cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
  • ¾ cup vegan sour cream
  • ¼ cup plain vegan yogurt
  • Lemon wedges
