Fall Fruits with Mixed Greens
Ingredients

  • 1 medium to large pear (ripe, but not soft) sliced
  • 2 medium to large crisp apples sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 2 cups mixed greens arugula-spinach is good, butterhead if your diners like a mild flavored green
  • ½ cup dried cherries
  • ¼ cup white cheddar cheese

  • Pepitas, craisins, fresh blueberries
