Blueberry Lemon Creamsicle Shake (Thm Fp)
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Cold Water
  • ½ cup 1% or 2% Cottage Cheese
  • ½ cup Blueberries (best frozen but fresh will work)
  • 2 Tbsp Whey Pristine Protein Powder (or protein powder of choice)
  • ¼ tsp Gluccomannan
  • 3 to 4 doonks Stevia (or sweetener of choice)
  • 3 tsp fresh lemon juice - OR - 1 ½ tsp Lemon Juice (from the bottle)
  • 8 ice cubes (half of a conventional rectangular ice cube tray)
