Ingredients

- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 egg + a splash of water, lightly beat (egg wash)**

- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. flour
- subheading: Notes & Substitutions:
- For an even faster rise, use 150 g sourdough starter + 230 g warm water and keep the rest of the quantities the same.
- Water can be used instead of an egg wash to brush the dough.
