Grilled Pork Wraps with Cole Slaw - Weight Watchers
Delicious meal everyone enjoyed. Great for lunch or supper. The   pineapple tidbits give it a nice tang. Serve a hearty veggie soup witht this.

  • 3 ⁄4 tsp table salt , divided
  • 3 ⁄4 pound(s) uncooked lean pork tenderloin , cut into ½-inch-thick slices
  • 2 cup(s) packaged coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)
  • 1 ⁄2 cup(s) pineapple , diced
  • 1 ⁄2 cup(s) cilantro , fresh, coarsely chopped
  • 1 medium uncooked scallion(s) , sliced
  • 4 medium whole wheat tortilla(s)
