  • 1.5g (¼ tsp) salt
  • 30g (1 oz) caster sugar (for batter)
  • 200ml (8 fl oz) milk (for batter)
  • 40g (1.4 oz) butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 whole eggs (for batter)
  • spray oil for cooking
