Flourless Pumpkin Bars (Gluten/Grain/Dairy/Egg-Free)

  • ½ cup coconut sugar - or golden monk fruit
  • 1 Tbs pure maple syrup - or monkfruit syrup
  • 2 ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • scant ¼ teaspoon pink salt
  • subheading: Pecan Streusel Topping:
  • ⅓ to ½ cup chopped pecans
  • 2 teaspoon coconut sugar - or monkfruit
  • sprinkle of pumpkin spice
