Garlic Shrimp & Crab Fries
Ingredients
  • 1 (2 lb.) bag Crinkle Cut french fries- fried crispy
  •  
  • Saute the following over medium heat until shrimp form a "C"
  • Remember C equals cooked and O is overcooked.
  •  
  • 2 pounds of large peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 2 pounds of chunked crab meat
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • ¼ c chopped roasted garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Slap your Momma white pepper version
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 3 green onions diced
  •  
  • FOR THE CHEESE SAUCE
  •  
  • 1 ½ c. Heavy whipping cream or ½& ½
  • 3 T. butter
  • ¼ t. salt
  • ½ teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Slap your momma white pepper version
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon
  • ¼ t. fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 c. shredded white cheddar or brick cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces white version of velveeta or white American cheese
Steps
  1. Add cheese sauce ingredients into a double boiler whisk until smooth.
  2. Put shrimp and crab over fries.
  3. Slather in cheese sauce and sprinkle with parsley and toasted panko.
