Ground Beef Alfredo

Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana (known for some of the best food in the world) I have a mixture of personal recipes as well as some favorites I've found along the way.

Ground Beef Alfredo is a creamy pasta recipe loaded with hamburger meat, garlic puree, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese.

12 oz small pasta shells

1 lb lean ground beef

2 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons garlic puree

2 ½ cups heavy cream

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

⅔ cup shredded parmesan cheese
