  • 1.5 tablespoons red chilly powder
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1.5 tablespoons garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
  • ¼ cup milk
  • water , as required
  • salt , to taste

  • 3 to 4 sprigs fresh coriander leaves , finely chopped
