Oil-Free Whole Wheat Fluffy Vegan Pancakes
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (all-purpose flour works too)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (water also works)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice, I sometimes use stevia)
  • Optional:
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
