  • 2 teaspoons - mustard
  • ¼ t - all spice
  • ¼ t - nutmeg
  • ¼ t - smoked paprika
  • ¼ t - cayenne pepper
  • 1 t - onion powder
  • 1 t - garlic powder
  • a few drops of liquid smoke
  • subheading: Spinach Artichoke Dip:
  • 1 lb bag - frozen spinach
  • 2 to 4 - cloves minced garlic
  • 1 can - garbanzo beans
  • 12 oz bag - frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
  • lemon (juice)
  • ½ cup - nutritional yeast
  • ½ t - chili powder
  • ½ - small red onion
  • roasted red bell peppers (optional), diced
  • soy milk to reach desired consistency
  • subheading: Stuffed Jalapeños:
  • 7 or more - jalapeños
  • large sweet potato (about a pound)
  • ¼ cup - soy milk or any nut milk
  • ¼ cup - nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tablespoons - white wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon - turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon - crushed red pepper or black pepper to taste
