  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 4 oz raw shrimp fresh or thawed, cut into ½ inch pieces
  • Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper

  • Fresh cut chives to taste
  • Croutons Toasted strips fried in butter 2 to 3 per person
