Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoons ground flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cacao or cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
  • ½ cup oats (optional if no almond butter)
  • Handful kale
  • Handful spinach
  • 1 to 2 cups frozen cherries
