Sage Cashew Cream Sauce (for Buddah Bowl)

Ingredients
  • 1 cup cashews, soaked
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon (nutritional yeast) PARMESAN
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon agave/honey/maple syrup OR a date
  • 4 fresh sage leaves
Steps
  1. Process all ingredients in blender until smooth. Taste for flavor and re-season, as needed.
