Ingredients
  • 1½ c. graham cracker crumbs (about 18 crackers)
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • ¼ c. unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16.5 oz. can prepared vanilla frosting
  • 1 c. creamed cottage cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate (partially thawed)
Steps
  1. Mix together crumbs, butter, & sugar.
  2. Set aside 3-tbsp. of crumb mixture. Press remainder, evenly, into bottom of 9-in. square baking pan.
  3. Put frosting, cottage cheese, sour cream, & orange juice into large mixing bowl & beat about 2-mins.
  4. Pour filling over crust; then sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
  5. Freeze at least 8-hrs. before serving.
