  • 1 lb salmon, cut into 4 filets
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 Tablespoons reduced sodium tamari, soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional (I don’t use)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
