Instant Pot Vietnamese Yogurt
  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 TBS Yogurt (with Live & Active Cultures)
  1. In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, 1.5 cans of hot water and 1 can of room temp water.
  2. Add in 3 TBS of any starter yogurt (I used whole milk plain yogurt, any will work as long as it contains live and active cultures).
  3. Strain into Instant Pot & set on Yogurt for 6 to 8 hours. (More time = more tart)
  4. Chill when completed, and enjoy
