note: Carla’s note: These zucchini sticks are a little lighter and healthier than the traditional ones encased in batter and deep-fried. The flavor of the zucchini really shines, enhanced by wine, mustard, and tarragon.

2 tablespoons white wine

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon grainy mustard

1 teaspoon agave nectar

1 teaspoon white wine vinegar

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon dried tarragon

2 medium zucchini, quartered lengthwise and cut into 3-inch sticks
