  • ½ cup dry white wine I used a mini bottle of Chardonnay
  • 3 cups vegetable broth divided
  • ½ cup raw cashews or sub white beans, silken tofu , flour ot or gluten-free flour for a nut-free version
  • ¼ cup Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
