Italian Cheese Pie Carnivore Without the Crust

Retired, married, 2 grown kids, Scottie Dog, love to crochet

My friend Pasqualina Pat gave me this recipe! She's Italian. So good! I made it deep dish without a crust so only 1 pie. I should have checked a few minutes earlier to not be quite so brown. But tastes divine!

Italian Cheese pie

3 eggs

2 T parmigiana grated

3 cups Ricotta

1 cup crumbled Italian sausage

Salt and pepper to taste

subheading: I added:

1 cup shredded Swiss

1 cup pepperoni cut in small pieces.

I bought readymade crusts.
