Cannoli Rangoon
Ingredients
  • 1 cup ricotta, strained
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Wonton wrappers
  • Dipping sauce (Nutella, chocolate sauce, strawberry sauce, etc).
  • Cinnamon + sugar or powdered sugar for coating
Steps
  1. subheading: Make the filling:
  2. Beat together ricotta and cream cheese
  3. Add in powdered sugar
  4. Fold in chocolate chips
  5. Refrigerate minimum 3 hours or overnight
  6. subheading: Assemble:
  7. Add 1 TBSP to the center of a wonton wrapper
  8. Wet all four sides of the wrapper, then fold the corners in diagonally toward the center
  9. Make sure all edges are sealed
  10. subheading: Fry:
  11. Heat vegetable oil to 350
  12. Fry wontons 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown
  13. Toss in cinnamon + sugar or powdered sugar
