Ingredients
  • 2 cups Chihuahua cheese
  • 1 cup Monterrey jack cheese
  • ½ Chorizo link
  • 1 lb chicken, diced
  • 1 onion, in strips
  • 1 Bell or poblano pepper, small strips
  • 1 large tomato, cut in eighths
Steps
  1. Saute onion, peppers, chicken, tomato, and chorizo together in an iron skillet til everything is done.
  2. Put Chihuahua cheese on top, then Monterey Jack and cover.
  3. If it doesn't melt well, put it in the oven for 5 min.
  4. Serve with tortillas or chips.
