  • ⅓ (80 ml) cup water
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) butter
  • ⅓ cup (80 ml) whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) bourbon
