  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

  • 1 can full-fat coconut milk, chilled overnight in the fridge or freezer
  • ½ cup organic icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • subheading: OPTIONAL DECORATION:
  • ¼ cup gold sprinkles (or other colour of your choice)
