  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese + ½ cup for topping
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 cups rough chopped baby spinach
  • 1 + ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
