2 packages frozen corn (I like the white corn) 2 packages frozen corn (I like the white corn)
8 ounces whipping cream 8 ounces whipping cream
½ tsp salt ½ tsp salt
4-5 tsp sugar 4 to 5 tsp sugar
2 TBSP melted butter 2 TBSP melted butter
2 TBSP flour 2 TBSP flour

Combine all ingredients except last two and bring to a boil.  Simmer 5 min.  Blend butter with flour making a roux.  Cook roux for a few minutes to cook out “flour” taste.  Add to the corn, mix well and remove from heat.
