Brie and Potato Hand Pies
Ingredients
  • 1 bacon rasher, rind removed, cut into thin strips
  • 300g sebago potatoes, peeled, cut into 1.5cm pieces
  • 125ml (½ cup) pouring cream
  • 125ml (½ cup) milk
  • 3 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 125g double brie, finely chopped
  • 4 sheets frozen puff pastry, just thawed
  • 1 green shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, lightly whisked
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • Salad leaves, to serve
