Ingredients
  • 2 to 3 cucumbers (depending on size), peeled and thinly sliced
  • ½ onion, thinly sliced or chopped ( use ½ onion if large, whole onion if medium size)
  • 2 to 3  tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2  tablespoon white sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • ½  - 1 cup sour cream (depends on how much you like, start with ½ add more if you want)
  • 2 tablespoons dill, chopped ( adjust depending on how much dill you like)

  • note: NOTE: As with all recipes, you need to "make this your own."  Sometimes I want more creamy, sometimes more bitter, sometimes with lots more dill.  This recipe is just a starting point.  You need to make it several times, adjust the proportions and make it the way you like it.
