Ingredients
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats- not quick oats. You could use gluten-free oats for a gluten-free option.
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1¾ cup unsweetened almond or cashew milk
  • 1 large egg, room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp light butter, melted
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

  • 1 oz. light cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp soft light butter - I like to use Land O’ Lakes light butter made with canola oil.
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar or powdered sweetener - I like to use regular powdered sugar for the icing
  • 1 Tbsp milk - you can use any milk of your choice.
