Zabaglione
Zabaglione (Sabayon) – serves 4

60gdry Marsala wine
60g dry white wine
120g caster sugar
6 egg yolks

Method:
1. Insert butterfly whisk. Place Marsala wine, dry white wine, sugar and egg yolks in Thermie’s mixing bowl and heat 9mins/70c/speed3.
2. Serve immediately in glasses or dessert bowls (serve warm).

Tips – serve plain or with fruit compote.
