Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp of your favorite “butter”
  • ½ c water
  • 2 tsp corn starch
  • ¼ tsp salt (black salt is best for this, but any will work)
  • ¼ tsp lemon juice
  • Dash turmeric
Steps
  1. Heat on low, whisking frequently, until corn starch clears and thickens.
  2. Serve warm. Sprinkle with salt & pepper as desired.
  3. Let sit for a few minutes if you want a nice “skin.”
