  • 300 grams Greek yoghurt
  • Vegetable oil, to grease

  • 1 medium pear
  • 50 grams caster sugar
  • subheading: Caramel sauce:
  • 200 grams caster sugar
  • 125 milliliters boiling water
  • 180 milliliters thick/pouring cream
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • subheading: Crumb:
  • 80 grams malted milk biscuits, crushed (or any sweet biscuit)
  • 30 grams pistachios, roughly chopped
