Spicy Cabbage Rice Recipe (South Indian Style Mutta Kose Sadham Recipe) by Archana's Kitchen

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • Ghee , or oil as required
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin (Jeera) seeds
  • 1 Onion , thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Cabbage (Patta Gobi/ Muttaikose) , shredded
  • 2 Green Chillies , finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • ½ teaspoon Sambar Powder
  • Coriander (Dhania) Leaves , few, finely chopped
  • Salt , to taste
