  • 2 lb Chicken wings (we only used 5 wings/1 lb today)
  • Potato starch (or corn starch)
  • Oil for deep frying
  • White sesame seeds
  • Sauce:
  • 1 cup mirin
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. sake
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 2-3 sliced ginger (I put a little bit more today)
