  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons water

  • 2 peaches, diced
  • 1 large tomato, diced (or 1 cup of grape tomatoes, halved)
  • 3 green onions, chopped finely
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
