  • ½ cup chopped white mushrooms
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ⅓ tsp pink himalayan salt
  • 1 TBSP fish sauce
  • Endive leaves or Bibb lettuce leaves for 'cups'
  • fresh cilantro to garnish
