Kathleen Ball's Toffee
Ingredients
  • 1 lb butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips
Steps
  1. Cook, stirring constantly, to 310
  2. Pour into jelly roll pan lined with Reynold's Release and spread thinly.
  3. Immediately top with ⅓ cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or dark).
  4. Wait a few minutes and then spread melted chips. Sprinkle with 1 cup finely ground pecans. Let sit until firm.
