Ingredients
- Like I said, there’s hardly any ingredients to it (part of why I love it!).
- 1 Medium Banana
- 2 tbsp Tru-Nut Peanut Butter (this is a really great powdered PB-you can use regular peanut butter but remember that your macros will be much different!)
- ½ cup Triple Zero Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 scoop light Muscle Milk Vanilla Protein Powder
- Ice & water as needed
