Banana & Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
  • Like I said, there’s hardly any ingredients to it (part of why I love it!).
  •  
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 2 tbsp Tru-Nut Peanut Butter (this is a really great powdered PB-you can use regular peanut butter but remember that your macros will be much different!)
  • ½ cup Triple Zero Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 scoop light Muscle Milk Vanilla Protein Powder
  • Ice & water as needed
