4 cups cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces

2 (10.5 oz ea) cans cream of chicken soup

1 (16 oz) tub sour cream

1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed, chopped, drained

1 (16 oz) brick Monterey Jack cheese shredded (DIVIDED)

1 teaspoon minced garlic

¼ teaspoon black pepper

1 (6 oz) can French's Fried Onions

¼ cup diced roasted red bell peppers, from a jar, drained from a jar)
