Ingredients
  • 8 to 10 frozen dumplings , or potstickers/wontons/gyoza
  • 1 Tablespoon ( 15 ml) oil
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 teaspoon ( 5 ml) minced fresh ginger
  • 3 cups ( 710 ml) broth (chicken, beef or veggie)
  • 2 teaspoons ( 10 ml) light soy sauce , or soy sauce of choice
  • ½ teaspoon ( 2.5 ml) sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon ( 2.5 ml) salt
  • 3 green onions (scallions), chopped
  • 1 cup ( 70 g) chopped cabbage , bok choy or spinach
  • 1 Tablespoon ( 15 ml) chili crunch or chili crisp, optional
