Whole(ish) wheat pizza crust
Dough made in bread maker

Servings: 2 crusts

Servings: 2 crusts
Ingredients
  • 2 c whole wheat flour
  • 1 c whole spelt flour
  • 1 c all-purpose flour or sifted spelt
  • 1.5 Tbl sugar
  • 2 Tbl oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.5 tsp yeast
  • 1.25 c water
Steps
  1. Put everything in the bread maker.
  2. Process on "dough" cycle.
Notes
  • You can wrap the second crust in plastic wrap (leave room for expansion) and freeze it for later. Defrost by leaving on the counter through the day; it'll be ready by dinner.
